Non Manipulative
Niskala Healing does not use force to achieve any result.
This technique is founded upon communication and negotiation with the central nervous system and the Mind that governs it.
When a practitioner pushes a body into a configuration that the Mind does not accept, the root cause of the injury will resurface and revert back to the disfiguration.
The Mind is present throughout the nervous system, in all of our muscular contractions. By working with the Mind through the nervous system, the cause of injuries can be resolved and the pattern of behaviour that created the injury can be released.
Non Invasive
Physical contact is not a direct requirement of any session, but it can accelerate progress.
When working with nerve cells and neurons, 70mV is all that is required to fire an action potential and set off a cascade of nervous responses, from forming an idea to moving your arm. We can generate that kind of electrical activity with our thoughts, and you probably are exposed to greater fields than this just through the device you are reading.
The human body is still an organic community, and physical contact is both nourishing and reassuring to the central nervous system. Further to this, electric impulses can be transmitted readily through the skin.
Niskala Healing practitioners will never touch in order to push, physical contact is a tool to remind the body of its current perceived limitations, and to provide guidance on how to move beyond these boundaries.
Where Niskala Healing Techniques differ from Yoga is that we will not try to "push through" any barriers. You will be amazed at the positive physical and mental responses to a sympathetic resonant energetic field.
